Innovation Café: Desired improvement outcomes for children, young people and families
About the event
Join us for an innovation café on improving outcomes for children, young people (up to age of 25 years) and families.
This session will share the outcomes of 3 service improvement projects submitted to the Innovation Hub.
Tracey Aird – The development and roll out of a tiered model of service provision for children and families
Elizabeth Brown – Introducing the MOHO ExpLOR assessment to support transition planning for young people who are moving to an Adult with Learning Disabilities Team from a CAMHS Tier 4 service.
Bronia Woodhouse - Utilising an OT apprentice role to support young people bridge the gap between their achievements in ADL skill development at college and participation levels at home.
The session will share insights on how changemakers went about influencing change and overcoming challenges in their projects before concluding with 20 mins Q+A.
This event is aimed at:
- Those working in or interesting in working with children, young people (0-25 years) and families
- Early career changemakers
- Non-OTs/Non-members interested in learning about service improvements in children, young people and family's services
