We’re currently constructing our new website and this means there’s is no access to member only content or your online account at this time.   

You can still browse the website and receive news and information from us. But for a few days you can’t:  

• log into your account or make changes  
• book events  
• or access member only resources including the digital library.   

This construction work is an essential step so we can launch our new, more user-friendly and accessible website alongside all your new member benefits and improved digital experiences.   

Please bear with us during this brief construction window. It’ll be worth it - you’ll have full access to an improved digital experience with us soon.   

There will be a few hours when the site is entirely unavailable, just before the new site goes live.  

Once the new website is up and running, there will be a few easy steps you’ll need to take to unlock all your new member benefits and we’ll support you every step of the way.   

So we can launch our new member benefits and improved digital experiences this spring, we'll shortly be carrying out some essential construction work on our website. This means there will be a brief time where you'll have limited access. You'll still be able to browse the website and receive news and information from us, but you won't be able to log into your account, make changes or access member only resources including the digital library.  

We'll let you know when this construction will start and finish. This construction work will mean we're a step closer to launching our new member benefits and improved digital experiences. Please bear with us whilst we carry out this essential work. 

Last year we shared with you our vision for improving member’s digital experiences over the coming years 

This spring, you’ll receive new member benefits and see improvements to our digital tools and services, giving you a better experience and helping you get more out of your RCOT membership.  

Through our member research, we learnt that members want to be able to easily access resources, events and support that reflects their unique circumstances and to be able to receive more personalized content from their professional body. We’ve developed these new member benefits and improved digital experiences in response to members feedback and to make your membership work better for you. 

In the future, we’ll also be able to connect data and insight about your membership to have a better underhand of what’s important to you and over time, offer you content and experiences tailored to your areas of interest, career level and specialism.
