Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for building thriving communities? We’re looking for someone to join our Brand and Marketing team at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, a dynamic organisation with over 36,000 members, to help shape and deliver an ambitious membership growth strategy that reflects our values and vision.

As Head of Membership Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering RCOT’s ambition for a growing, engaged and empowered membership community. You’ll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and engagement strategies that drive acquisition, retention and income growth – ensuring our membership offer remains relevant, responsive and valued by occupational therapy professionals across the UK.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Brand and Marketing to evolve our member value proposition and oversee key projects that enhance the membership experience. From insight-led campaigns to strategic partnerships, your work will support members to be strong advocates for the profession and for the people who use health and social care services.

You’ll bring a strong track record in marketing strategy, team leadership and data-driven decision-making in either the membership, education or charity sectors. You’ll be confident using insight to shape campaigns, identify opportunities and drive innovation. Leading a small, high-performing team, you’ll foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and accountability – ensuring all activity contributes to a strong, sustainable membership base.

Salary: circa £69k per annum
