To meet our ambitions for occupational therapy we need a bold member offer so we can respond to growing needs and opportunities for the profession and its people.

Listening to our members

Many of you took part in our member research, sharing your views and experiences with us. We've listened and learnt that you want to be able to access resources, information, events and networks relevant to your location, professional development needs and areas of interest. And you're looking for more tailored content and insight from your professional body.

We’ve used this insight to identify ways to use technology to improve your member benefits, give you better access to your benefits and services and modernise and refresh the way we interact, communicate, connect and collaborate. 

We represent a vast and diverse range of members, who each have busy personal and professional lives. As your professional body, we need to be able to respond to your changing needs and identify ways in which we can improve your member benefits and experience with us."

This spring, we've taken the first step to improve your digital experiences so you can get more from your membership. We’ll be adding more features and functionality over the coming months and years and over time, we’ll be able offer you more personalised content and experiences based on your needs, interests and preferences.
