What activities are RCOT networks delivering?
Currently our networks are running Community Conversations and Knowledge Exchange sessions. Both are live, virtual CPD activities, but with different key features:
- Community Conversations are peer-led meetings that create inclusive spaces for dialogue, reflection and networking. They're designed to be informal, interactive and participant-driven.
- Knowledge Exchange sessions are presenter-led, webinar style sessions for sharing insights and experiences. They're more formal and focused on knowledge sharing and learning through listening.
