Research Café - June session
Open for all to attend
Research Café: Multifunctional robots in occupational therapy and dementia
About the online event
This research café will provide an opportunity to learn more about ongoing research, funded by the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT), into the current and potential use of multifunctional robots in rehabilitation and dementia.
In partnership with people with lived experience, including occupational therapists in practice, the co-produced method and methodology will be presented, including summary initial insights from phase 1 of the study. These insights will form the basis of a cafe conversation to consider implications for practice.
Who is it for?
Occupational therapists, support workers and learners are warmly invited.
Learning outcomes
- Develop insight and understanding of current research exploring the use of multifunctional robots in occupational therapy and dementia rehabilitation.
- Consider and reflect on insights from phase 1 of this research, and how these may influence your view on the use of multifunctional robots in practice.
Agenda
