About this event

Find out how you can build sustainable and resilient independent OT practice. Join us for this in-person course taking place 9.30am–5pm on Tuesday 15 September 2026.

Facilitated by Dr Áine O'Dea, Radiance Consulting (course provider).

Independent occupational therapy practitioners in the UK face growing clinical, professional and business challenges – often accompanied by high cognitive and emotional demands, professional isolation, and financial uncertainty. This one-day training is designed to help you strengthen your practice by developing sustainable, ethical strategies that align with occupational therapy values and professional standards.

Through practical guidance and reflective learning, you’ll discover how to:

  • resource yourself professionally, cognitively, and financially
  • reduce reliance on high-intensity 1:1 delivery and create pricing structures that reflect your expertise
  • develop ethically aligned additional income streams
  • build robust supervision structures for safe, sustainable practice
  • support long-term career longevity and professional identity.

Join us to future-proof your independent practice and thrive with confidence.
