About Think Therapy 1st

Think Therapy 1st is a recovery and participation focused rehabilitation service that helps individuals regain their independence and quality of life, following severe and or catastrophic injuries. Our approach embeds rehabilitation into everyday living, using personalised goals and meaningful activities to empower clients to overcome barriers and take control of their recovery. Alongside, TT1st therapists head up the MDT, and where needed identify and manage third party providers as an adjunct to optimise the client’s rehabilitation and outcomes. Join our supportive team dedicated to transforming lives and shaping the future of occupational therapy. 

 

Could you be part of our team?

We are looking for:

  • A dynamic, experienced, and compassionate leader to head our CYAaF Service - someone ready to create real impact in the lives of injured children and young people.
  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with extensive paediatric experience
  • Experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence work (as a treating OT, Case Manager, or Expert Witness)
  • Strong track record of clinical professional development
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a clinical team
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives
  • Must have access to own transport and laptop/phone

  • Contracted hours of either 35 hours (full time) or 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE)
