- You will work collaboratively with housing officers, surveyors, social care teams, and external partners to design and implement effective adaptations, support decisions relating to Disabled Facilities Grants, and contribute to complex rehousing assessments.
- Act as a role model within the All‑Age Occupational Therapy team, offering mentorship and sharing your specialist knowledge with less experienced colleagues
- Work within a supportive structure led by HCPC‑registered OT managers who value the profession, champion high‑quality practice and provide responsive professional supervision.
Our team is innovative, ambitious, and committed to continuous improvement. We encourage professional development and offer opportunities to gain experience across a range of areas within our centralised OT service.
