The Daley Care Centre, part of Cygnet Group, is a specialist Neurological Complex Care Rehabilitation Service supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, complex neurological conditions, and high nursing needs.
We are seeking an ambitious Head Occupational Therapist to lead and develop our occupational therapy provision and drive high‑quality, person‑centred rehabilitation.
As Head OT, you will provide clinical leadership, shape service development, and work collaboratively within a strong multidisciplinary team including physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, and nursing. You will influence the strategic direction of OT within the service while benefiting from the support of our national OT directorate and access to specialist interest groups. Funded SMART training is available to enhance your specialist neurological rehabilitation skills.
The Daley Care Centre offers modern therapy facilities including a fully equipped gym, Independent Living Skills Kitchen, therapy rooms, and 24 en‑suite bedrooms in a peaceful countryside setting just outside Sheffield. Our focus is on meaningful outcomes, interdisciplinary working, and supporting individuals across long‑term, short‑term, respite, and complex care pathways.
