We’ve launched five new EDB networks on RCOT Communities
All RCOT members are invited to join, share experiences, learn and show support in the following networks:
- LGBTQIA+
- Disability
- Carers
- Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (B.A.M.E)
- Interfaith.

These networks matter because they create spaces where members can connect with others who share lived experiences, reflect on challenges and opportunities, champion equity across the profession and discover ways to drive positive change.
It’s only by hearing the experiences of those from minoritised backgrounds that we’ll develop new ways of practice and build stronger pathways into the profession.
The networks will amplify voices that are too often under-represented or unheard, helping to build a profession where everyone feels welcomed, celebrated, supported and valued.
