Shaping our next strategy: thank you for your insight 
 

Over the past few months, many of you have taken the time to share your views to help shape our next corporate strategy through member sessions, Communities discussions and our recent survey. I want to start with a simple thank you. 

The level of engagement, honesty and constructive challenge has been invaluable. It is already shaping how we move forward. 

What is clear is we must represent the profession and speak with authority. That expectation will sit at the heart of our next strategy. 

This work is about sharpening our focus as a professional body and charity, and being clearer about where we can have the greatest impact in advancing the profession through leadership, support and influence. 

 A key part of this strategy is making deliberate choices about where we focus our time and energy, so that what we do delivers real and tangible value for you and for the profession. Your insights have genuinely shaped the decisions that will be made.  

We are now moving from listening to action, bringing everything we have heard together to shape a clear and focused plan. We will launch the new strategy by the end of 2026.
