Events Coordinator

Are you a strategic events professional with a passion for delivering high-impact experiences? We’re looking for someone to join our Membership Engagement Directorate at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, a thriving organisation with over 36,000 members, to help shape and deliver an ambitious, sustainable events strategy that reflects our brand and values.
You would be working in close partnership with two Events Officers and the Events Managers to help support a diverse and high-profile events portfolio. From our flagship Annual Conference and prestigious occasions like the Elizabeth Casson Memorial Lecture, Annual Awards and royal visits, to a wide spectrum of CPD and member engagement events – you’ll ensure every experience is inclusive, impactful and commercially sustainable. Your work will support professional development, enrich member value, align with campaign priorities and generate income.
You’ll bring strong administration and event management skills, a collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be confident in supporting strategic partnerships and using data and insight to drive continuous improvement. You will be competent in both online and in-person events administration and management and must be people orientated with strong customer service skills.

Location: London-based, hybrid working (remote with a minimum of one office day a week)
Contract: Permanent, full time
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am–5pm. We operate a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular office attendance.
Salary: Circa £31K
