Join RCOT as Management Accountant
We're looking for someone to join our Finance Team
Are you an experienced and ambitious management accountant who thrives on owning the reporting cycle, delivering high‑quality financial insights and driving continuous improvement? We’re looking for someone with pace, precision and initiative to join our Finance team at the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, a thriving values‑led organisation supporting over 36,000 members across the UK.
This is a key operational finance role within a function undergoing important modernisation and stabilisation. You will be the primary reporting lead, working closely with the Financial Controller. You will take full ownership of the monthly management accounts, reconciliations and variance analysis and produce insights that directly inform strategic and operational decisions across the organisation. You will directly help strengthen our financial insight – reporting excellence and organisational impact.
Location: London-based, hybrid working
Contract: 12 Months fixed term contract
Working pattern: This is a full-time role, working 35 hours. We operate a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular office attendance (remote with a minimum of two office days a month, sometimes once a week).
Salary: circa £45k
