The Royal College has just released a film titled Let’s Talk CPD. The film will help viewers consider how to incorporate CPD in their everyday life. The film is a three way conversation between Dr Stephanie Tempest, the Royal College’s Education Manager (Professional Development); Anne Keen, The Royal College’s Professional Advisor – Enquiry Service and Jonathan Jones, Stakeholder Communications Manager at the HCPC.
The conversation addresses five areas:
- What does CPD mean to you?
- What does CPD look like?
- Who benefits from CPD?
- How do we know if CPD has made an impact?
- Final top tips.
The film can be watched in its entirety, or available in bite sized extracts; there are also audio only versions available.
Let’s Talk CPD will be helpful for any occupational therapist who has been selected to be audited by the HCPC this year, but there are also some very practical advice on how to make CPD a truly tailored and personal experience.
