UK OT Workforce 2024–25: results now published in BJOT

The UK OT Workforce Survey 2024–25 is now published in the British Journal of Occupational Therapy (BJOT). Findings reveal rising demand, high stress, limited career progression and growing interest in AI. Over 4% of HCPC‑registered OTs responded, providing a strong evidence base for RCOT’s Workforce Strategy. Key insights include increased service complexity, strong engagement in improvement projects and challenges in workforce planning.
