About the role
Are you a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in working with children?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist with experience of working with children to join our integrated Children's Therapy Services on the Isle of Man!
You’ll be joining a supportive and well-established therapy team consisting of Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy. In this senior role, you will focus on delivering an evidence-based assessment, treatment and consultancy service, while independently managing a complex caseload. You will work across schools on the Island, including mainstream and Specialist Provision Centres, as well as within community setting or clinics with potential to in reach into acute setting, offering a varied and interesting caseload.
You will also be responsible for the supervision of junior Occupational Therapists or colleagues, taking a leading role in service development, implementing Manx Care or national strategies working collaboratively with the Team Lead.
