OT Support Workforce Hub
Working in a range of settings across health and social care and beyond, our occupational therapy support workforce includes those working in a range of non-registered roles aligned with occupational therapy or blended allied health professional (AHP) disciplines.
This hub is a growing collection of resources for our support workforce and those who work with and support them.
The hub contains further information for and about our support workforce, including details of RCOTs commitment and opportunities for associate membership. There are also a selection of career conversations with members of our OT support workforce, and collated resources relating to career development, equity, diversity and belonging (EDB) and communities and connections.
