RCOT Communities
Connect with our thriving community of over 36,000
We want you to benefit from the wealth of experience across our diverse membership. RCOT Communities, our online engagement and social learning platform, gives you that and more.
Our vision is to create inclusive communities where all members can find a place to share, learn and network based on their region, area of practice, career level or professional interest. We’ll do that through a series of practice, professional, regional and equity, diversity and belonging (EDB) networks.
RCOT Communities gives you the opportunity to:
- explore key practice areas and professional issues that support your development.
- network and collaborate with members in your region, practice area, career stage or aligned to your professional interests.
- access a wide range of learning opportunities – from practice to personal development.
- share and exchange knowledge, insights and resources with members from diverse specialisms, career stages and backgrounds.
- shape the profession, using your expertise to contribute to activities, opportunities and resources that help strengthen the OT workforce and improve service delivery.
- influence, advocate and lead within areas of expertise, helping represent and elevate the voice of occupational therapy at a strategic level.
- connect authentically, amplify often under‑represented or unheard voices and develop new ways of practice with stronger pathways into the profession.
