Independent practice is a growing part of the occupational therapy profession, including private practice, third-sector services, associate work, portfolio careers and practice ownership.
Join us to celebrate the launch of RCOT's new Independent Practice webpage and publication, connect with colleagues and help shape future support for independent practitioners.
Find out how these new resources can support you, whatever stage you're at in your independent practice journey.
Who is it for?
The café is for occupational therapists who are:
- working in independent practice as employees
- working on a self-employed basis as associates or contractors
- running or developing their own practice
- combining independent practice with other roles through a portfolio career
- considering a move into independent practice
- interested in learning more about this part of the profession
- involved in the Independent Practice Network or related RCOT activity
You do not need to own a practice or be self-employed to take part.
