Help shape the future of therapeutic and clinical support for autistic children and young people within a growing and ambitious specialist Trust.
Liberty Trust exists to create a world that works for autistic children and young people. As our Trust Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical leadership, developing evidence-informed practice and improving outcomes for autistic children and young people across our schools.
Working closely with senior leaders, clinicians and educators, you will help shape a coherent and ambitious clinical offer, build professional capability and ensure that therapeutic expertise contributes meaningfully to every aspect of school life.
This is a rare opportunity to influence practice beyond a single service or setting. You will help develop integrated approaches across education, therapy and safeguarding, contribute to innovative practice and support our ambition to continually strengthen and evolve our clinical provision.
You'll join a Trust that is ambitious for the future and committed to continuous improvement. Our values of courage, determination and teamwork underpin everything we do, and collaboration sits at the heart of how we work. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside talented and passionate colleagues who share a determination to improve outcomes and opportunities for autistic children and young people.
If you are an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership, innovation and integrated practice, we'd love to hear from you.
We’re dedicated to equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging. Applications for this job are encouraged from anyone who is suitably qualified and experienced for the role - including those with protected characteristics, and particularly welcome from neurodivergent individuals.
Your application should explain why you are interested in this opportunity and, with reference to the person specification, the attributes that make you a suitable candidate.
For shortlisted applicants, the selection process will be designed to provide opportunities for you to demonstrate your strengths, qualities, and experience in relation to the role. The details will be made clear at invitation stage.
We are very happy to discuss adjustments to the recruitment process for those that need it.
Note that we can only consider applicants who are legally entitled to work in the UK.
