Everything you need to know about your renewal for 2025/26

The membership is value for money because when you realise all the benefits that you can get, the CPD platform alone is a huge benefit, along with your insurance.

Your membership for 2025/26 starts on Wednesday 1 October 2025.

The cost of your membership is NOT increasing

Following a member vote as part of our AGM this year, membership fees for 2025/26 haven’t changed – but please let us know if your circumstances have changed by logging into your portal or emailing hello@rcot.co.uk.

Your 2025/26 subscription price

* Also available to members working and living in the Channel Islands.
** Only available for existing members. This also covers parental and carers leave and unemployment.
***There’ll be a slight variation in the monthly amounts as the annual figure doesn’t divide evenly.

What do I need to do to remain part of the OT community?

I pay by Direct Debit

You can relax.

You don’t need to do anything unless your bank details or circumstances have changed. Your payments to us will continue in the same way.

Rest easy knowing we’ll roll your membership over into next year for you, hassle-free.

My bank details have changed

If your bank details have changed, please let us know your new details by logging into your online account (rcot.co.uk/login) and updating them between Wednesday 1–Tuesday 14 October 2025.

I need to change my membership category

If your circumstances have changed (for example, a career break, parental leave, retirement, self-employment), you may need to change your membership category.

You can do so by contacting us at hello@rcot.co.uk or +44 (0)20 3141 4600.

Please note that your membership category cannot be changed retrospectively.

To make sure you don't miss out, even if you pay via Direct Debit, please:

log in to your account
double-check all your details are correct
update your preferences.

Already pay by Direct Debit

You don’t need to do anything unless your bank details or circumstances have changed. Your payments to us will continue in the same way, on the same date (unless you have changed category).

To pay annually by credit/debit card, log in to your account and make your payment between Wednesday 1–Tuesday 14 October 2025.
