Like our new website? 

It’s one of several new member benefits and improved digital experiences we’re introducing for our 36,000 members – to give you more from your membership. 

As with any new technology or the roll out of digital systems and services, we’re experiencing a few bumps along the way. Please bear with us as we work as quickly as we can to fix any outstanding issues and to get you access to the information, support and services you want and need. 

We want to create a seamless experience for you and to support you to activate your new website account, so you can start exploring your new benefits. That’s why we’re taking our time before we encourage all members to activate their new online account and start using the new benefits. 

Over the coming weeks we will be gradually contacting members by email asking you to activate your account. You don’t have to wait for this.
