Life is about the moments when you're doing something you love, taking care of your wellbeing and staying motivated. When we're missing these lifts, perhaps because of financial, personal or work difficulties, life can feel so challenging.

The Lift Up Your Everyday campaign is here to help us all take small and positive steps back into our everyday lives.  It provides supports for anyone who would like to overcome new or existing challenges and ultimately continue to do the things they love and need to do on a day-to-day basis. 

Expert advice from occupational therapists

Occupational therapists have the expertise and knowledge to help people get the most out of life - and we're bringing a small piece of that knowledge directly to the nation.

Often, it's the things we love to do which can most benefit our health and wellbeing, such as taking a walk for some fresh air, spending time with loved ones or being active. That's why our advice is practical and achievable.
