We’ll be delivering a series of six webinars this autumn focussing on practice-based learning (placement) related topics. We want to feature good practice examples of placement opportunities and approaches which positively impact pre-registration education, career development of practice educators and equity, diversity and belonging across the workforce and four countries (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales).
We want to hear from you, our members, with your examples of practice-based learning that demonstrate innovation across a range of settings (including health, social care, non-traditional, role emerging settings, charity and voluntary sector) and delivery and supervision models (including research, leadership, project). What have you introduced that has worked well for you?
Our webinar topics include building placement capacity, sustainable placements, models of delivery and supervision, equity, diversity, belonging, and practice-based learning as a CPD opportunity. We’re inviting practice educators, mentors, university tutors, learners, recent graduates, those with lived experience - all those involved in the delivery of practice-based learning - to share their innovative practice within the webinars through delivery of a 10-20 minute presentation.
