About the event
Learn new skills and strategies to take on the challenges that you and your colleagues face at work by joining the Occupational Therapy training seminar. The annual residential OT Training Seminar is an exciting opportunity to join Occupational Therapists from across the UK to collectively explore and tackle the most pressing issues in the profession.
Whether you are a seasoned activist or just starting out, the programme offers practical, hands-on workshops such as:
- Organising and campaigning skills
- Member mapping
- Power building techniques
More than training – it is also a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate and build solidarity with OT reps nationwide. Share experiences, learn new strategies and return equipped to make a real impact in your workplace.
This year’s seminar will also be open to non-stewards who intend to undertake the stewards training before the end of the year.
