About this event
For over 40 years, Care & Repair Cymru has been providing life-enhancing services to keep people safe and comfortable at home, ranging from home repairs and adaptations to disability support and benefit checks.
Occupational Therapists work closely with the 13 different Care & Repair agencies across Wales to enable people to stay in their home or to help patients out of hospital into a home that is fit for their needs.
In this one-hour session, you will hear from Faye Patton, Head of Policy and Insights at Care & Repair Cymru, and colleagues on how OTs can refer patients to them and how they work to ensure people get the support they need quickly.
