Launching a new supervision and career development workshop series
Get more out of every conversation
We have recently launched a new series of workshops focused on supervision, leadership and career development, running from June to September 2026.
The programme brings together practical, interactive sessions to support occupational therapists at every stage of their career – from those new to supervision to experienced leaders shaping culture and quality in their teams.
These workshops will help you get more from every conversation – whether you're stepping into a supervisory role, looking to strengthen your approach or wanting to feel more confident as a supervisee.
Good supervision can transform practice. It creates space to think, build confidence and improve outcomes – for you and the people you support.

Supervision plays a vital role in safe, effective practice and in supporting wellbeing.
By exploring supervision from different perspectives – including supervisors, supervisees, independent practitioners and leaders – the programme will help us all build a shared understanding of what good supervision looks like in practice.
With demand for occupational therapy continuing to grow, these workshops offer timely support to help you feel confident, supported and ready to meet the needs of the people and teams that you work with.
