About the online event 

Identify and apply key models of supervision to structure and guide supervision sessions in a way that meets both organisational and supervisee needs​. Conduct formal supervision effectively, including establishing supervision contracts, facilitating structured sessions, and maintaining appropriate documentation. Demonstrate core supervisory skills using a strengths-based, relational, and goal-oriented approach to support supervisee learning and development.

Áine is an occupational therapist, RCOT member, supervisor and consultant who supports independent practitioners to manage the clinical, business, and governance demands of self-employed practice. Through her work with Radiance Consulting, she helps occupational therapists build sustainable, ethical practices that align professional standards with practitioner wellbeing and long-term career longevity. 

With postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Supervision and Business and Executive Coaching, Áine brings extensive experience supporting independent practitioners. She brings a practical, evidence-informed approach to strengthening supervision structures, service sustainability, and professional decision-making. Her work focuses on helping practitioners resource themselves clinically, cognitively, and financially while remaining grounded in occupational therapy values and scope of practice. 

Ticket prices

The standard ticket price for members is £50 and £15 for learners.

What you need to know about paying for your ticket

All bookings need pre-payment. Your place at the event is not confirmed until we receive full pre-payment. We only accept payment by credit card (excluding AMEX) and debit card. We don't accept purchase orders or issue invoices.

Cancellation and substitutions: We won't give refunds without a written request and they'll be made after the event. Cancellations made up until Friday 22nd May will incur a charge of 30% of the registration fee. Cancellations made between 23 May –15th June 2026 inclusive will incur a charge of 70% of the registration fee. Cancellations after 15th June 2026 and on the day of the event or ‘no shows’ will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be made without a written request. Refunds will be made after the event.
