Description:
This event is building on a piece of Health Education England (HEE) funded work that captured the leadership journeys of three occupational therapists and one Digital and Change Business Partner. The focus of the project was to explore how occupational therapists are using their digital and data skills to collaborate with others and improve outcomes for people who access their services.
The session will comprise of a 30 minute all panel Q+A discussion that will be facilitated by Suzy England (RCOT Service Innovation Manager) and Sharon Campana (Data and Innovation Expert Topic Lead for RCOT) before participants get the opportunity to join a breakout room to have a more focused discussion on one of the projects for the last 30 minutes.

Project: Building a business case for period pants as a practical, manageable, and sustainable alternative to other sanitary products.
Innovators: Claire Collett/Jaime Guercio
Project: Developing project management skills in procurement and delivery of technology enabled care (TEC) in Adult Social Care (ASC)
Innovator: Anya de Longh
Project: Bringing digital and data skills into the profession: A perspective from an early career occupational therapist.
