RCOT Wales Region – North Wales learning and networking event

The RCOT Wales Region would like to invite you to join their learning event, which is focused on Equity, Diversity & Belonging, and celebrating 60 Years of Occupational Therapy Education in Wales.

This in-person learning event will give you the opportunity to consider how we incorporate Equity, Diversity & Belonging into practice in line with HCPC standards and the new RCOT strategy. The event will also provide the opportunity to network with colleagues in your region and will contribute towards your CPD.

As a committee, we are committed to promoting the Welsh language, and there will be opportunities for members to engage in speaking Welsh should they wish to do so.

By attending the session, you will: 

• Learn about and discuss the RCOT EDB Strategy and reflective toolkit, supporting your ongoing professional development.
• Expand your understanding of best practice in relation to EDB in the occupational therapy workforce.
• Meet members of the RCOT Wales Region Committee and find out how they can support you as a member.
• Have the opportunity to network with members and learn about local group activities in North Wales.
• Celebrate 60 years of Occupational Therapy Education in Wales.
