- Reducing and de-escalating distress
- Relationship dynamics
- Risk management…. and more.
Highly interactive weekly sessions include video, Q&A and discussion, with optional work between sessions to reflect on your own practice. When whole teams are trained in this way, the result is seamless and unobtrusive person-centred care. Competitively priced and with a limited number in the sessions, this training is also appropriate for any level of experience.
