We are looking for highly skilled occupational therapist (registered with the Health and Care Professions Council) who as part of a newly formed team will delivering a robust, efficient and highly customer-focused occupational therapy service to residents of Hounslow.
This post is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the newly created Specialist Housing Service which aims to provide advice, support, and assistance to disabled and vulnerable residents in Hounslow. This role will be to provide a range of occupational therapy services including the provision of rehabilitation in daily living skills, training of informal carers, recommendations for home adaptations, rehousing assessment and reports, also the provision and training on specialist equipment.
A commitment to delivering high quality customer care, working as part of a team, being flexible, as well as the ability to empathise with older and vulnerable people as well as children are essential. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and have the ability to deliver excellent results working under pressure.
