The Home 1st Reablement Team are currently celebrating their recent CQC rating as 'good' in all areas. We are looking for an occupational therapist with the skills to manage and motivate the team, delivering high quality reablement in a person’s home.
The successful applicant will be passionate about improving the health and well-being of people that use our services, providing a supportive and efficient reablement service.
