The Challenge
Coming back to practice after taking a year out working on reintegrating with people, educators, new students, health and social care teams, other professionals, committees and societies in a slow disciplined fashion.
The Change
By taking baby steps and learning to ask others for help and to participate, don't take on the world trying to be too helpful. Empowering others to do things for themselves by enabling them to be more independent, not being overhelpful/or over caring
The Impact
Feeling calmer, more relaxed less stressful, having a slower impact in much smaller doses, empowering others in meaningful ways through gently getting them to think and explore their own potential, believing in them promoting the #valueofOT
