What is the course structure?

The pre course and post course interactive learning will demonstrate:

• Why sport and physical activity is beneficial and appealing to everyone
• What sport means for people with disabilities
• How physical activity is inclusive
• How to overcome perceived barriers that prevent people with disabilities from participating in sporting activities

The practical and interactive workshop taking place on the 17 July will enable participants to: 

• Learn about practical tools to support inclusive delivery
• Explore creative ways to support disabled people to take part in physical activity and sport
• Discover the local opportunities for participants, and further training opportunities.
