The Hospice of St Francis Clinical Education Programme provides relevant, accessible quality end of life care education to staff, volunteers and colleagues in health and social care across the hospital, community, home and care home settings.

The Hospice Rehabilitation team aims to promote a rehabilitation model to ensure that people with potentially life limiting illness to have access to self-management programmes.
