This course introduces delegates to a range of adaptation and equipment issues relating to children with challenging behaviours. It explores the pros and cons of equipment aimed at promoting safety; utilising legislation and policy so as to best advocate for adaptations; safeguarding, risk assessment and deprivation of liberty issues; introduction to environmental assessment or profiling tool.
