A practical two day course will provide clinicians working in the neurology field with a knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the upper limb; principles of splinting and pattern making; assessment of the upper limb; treatments and intervention options (including Botulinum toxin, FES and dynamic lycra splinting); problem solving and case studies plus reviewing associated conditions (e.g. complex regional pain syndrome).
Aimed at occupational therapists Band 6 and above.
