We’ve drafted an Equity, Diversity and Belonging (EDB) strategy with the support of our EDB reference group made up of members, staff and public contributors and an independent organisation, Enventure Research.
Having this strategy is an essential step on our journey to creating a culture of authenticity and belonging – where everyone is welcomed, celebrated, supported, recognised, valued and belongs as their true and authentic selves. Equity, diversity and belonging is all our responsibility. It’s essential we all work together to create the change we need. And so, we’d really like your feedback.
