Supporting the college’s initiative of promoting the value of the profession, the conference aims to stimulate discussion and provide a platform for best practice ideas and innovations to be shared with others.

Conference learning aims:

  1. To provide a platform for best practice, research and innovations to be shared and reflections on how to put into practice.
  2. Provide a wide range of opportunities for Continuing Professional Development.
  3. To network with a range of professionals working with people who have learning disabilities from across the country.
  4. To develop a relationship with RCOT and the specialist section to support learning, sharing of information and involvement in the ongoing development of the learning disability occupational therapy role.
